Best ice cream scoop I have used in a long time. It's quite heavy which makes it sturdy. My daughter now wants one. Very happy with my purchase. Glad I bought it.

Read all the reviews and decided why the heck not. It's aesthetically more pleasing than other options. Most are going to cost between 12-15 for something pretty reasonable and reliable. It didn't wow my bf, but I was pleased with it. Maybe he's sour bc I haven't fed him enough ice cream!

I love weighted feel of this scoop in my hand and the way it cuts through hard-frozen ice cream. If I put it under hot water, the transferred heat helps it glide through the hardest ice cream. The rubberized handle ensures I can keep a firm grip while scooping. I like that it's stainless steel and cleans easily without corrosion. I had another favorite scoop that corroded when washed in the dishwasher. This Sumo scoop holds up well...like a Sumo wrestler. Highly recommended!
