Heft and Scoop design make use so easy. Even the "harder" ice creams can be scooped like warm butter by putting the scoop in warm(not hot) water for 10 secs. The Grip is soft to touch, but not so much as to deter from applying good pressure to the ice cream. Highly recommend.

This scoop is amazing! It slides right through the ice cream like a champ. We love it! Best thing about it is that you can put it through the dishwasher. Very happy with our purchase.
