Very well designed and manufactured. This is the tool that does the job. You can attack hard ice cream in a hurry.

The first one I received was defective and I contacted them and they sent me a brand new one. Excellent customer service. Good solid spoon.

Not worth the extra expense. Doesn't work any better on hard-frozen ice cream than any other scoop
