Got this for my mom as a gift. I have had mine for years with no problems! She had RA and has trouble gripping. The nice large handle size and grippy rubber coating work wonderfully!

It is hard to get the ice cream off the scoop, but the weight and the feel of it in your hands is great. Your able to get a grip of the scoop well and you don't feel any of the cold from the ice cream.

I didn't really think that I needed an ice cream scoop, just coping with regular spoons. Bought this on a whim and it is so nice. It is heavy duty to stand up to all things frozen. No more bent spoons!
