I bought a somewhat similar one about a year ago, but it was chrome plated and the chrome started bubbling up. This one is solid stainless steel, so it will not have that problem. It is ergonomically quite nice. Recommended.

Love this scoop , it goes right through frozen ice cream . Great weight to it . I would buy this again .

I love this ice cream scoop. I prefer using spoons to standard ice cream scoops because you don't have to angle them when scooping out ice cream. This scoop is essentially a big spoon that is impossible to bend or break. This is an extremely sturdy and well crafted scoop. I will never have to buy another ice cream scoop again.
