My old ice cream scoop finally needed to be replaced the chrome plating was beginning to flake away. This is why I chose a product that was stainless steel not using a coating or plated finish to give it a better appearance. If you are looking for something lightweight, this is not it. It is solid, substantial, and for me, the weight is a plus when using it to scoop through frozen ice cream.

We really like this ice cream scoop! It is easy to hold and very sturdy. Also great for the dishwasher. We had one issue when first receiving the ice cream scoop but the customer service we received from the company was exceptional and they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a great ice cream scoop.
