Cuts through ice cream like butter. I'm impressed with how well it works, given that it doesn't contain antifreeze. Simple, heavy-duty ice cream scoop that is a breeze to use and clean (in the dishwasher, of course!). I got the blue one and it's a nice cerulean color.

Works great and easy to clean. A bit pricy but looks like it should last for many years.
