I am very impressed with this Ice cream scoop. It is nice when a product exceeds your expectations. It arrived package in a nice padded box. The scoop is heavy and solid feeling in your hand. The soft touch grip doesn't slip is comfortable to use, the scoop cut right through hard frozen ice cream, my other scoop required much greater effort to use. I am very pleased with this purchase and I highly recommend this scoop!

This is the BEST ice cream scooper EVER!!! the brushed nickel is very heavy, which makes even hard ice cream so easy to get, and the soft thick handle is easy on my joints. i was intending to get the OXO brand, because my daughter has it and i liked that one, but this one is even better AND its dark purple how much better does it get than that??!!! :-)
