This scooper has a very heavy handle and a slightly pointed scoop so it should be very easy to scoop out the ice cream. Seems built to last.

Made like it should cost twice as much.

This is one well made ice cream scooper! Have bought at least 3 in the past year that have not lived up to the hype..but this one is well worth the money. Plus being dishwasher safe is a huge plus!

Update: 5 years later and it's still like brand new and gets used daily!
