I like this product because it is heavy and scoops ice cream very easily. The design reminds me of the scoops I used when working at a restaurant that served ice cream. What I don't like is that the ice cream does not easily stay in the scoop. I had to use my finger to keep it from falling out. Usually the scoop holds the ice cream so you can serve it. The scoop part is not deep or rounded enough to do this, so while it scoops easily you need to "help" the ice cream stay in the scoop. Overall, a good product though.

We have, like many people, a mix of different ice cream scoops over the years. They bend, they peel and they don't scoop very well. Got the ICS by Sumo in and....works great! Good size grip on the handle. Purple so it stands out in the drawer. Heavy so it makes it easier to scoop. The blade slides easily into the container and a flick of the wrist pops out a smooth scoop. While I wasn't sure I should spend the money on this my choice was vindicated. To borrow from another well know advertising slogan....Just Scoop It!

I have to say, this is the best ice cream scooper I have ever used. The package is very nice, the product is heavy and very good quality, it cuts through the ice cream with no effort. I think the design is very well and works very well. Simply the best ice cream scooper I have ever had, period. Very recommended.
