I recently purchased the second one. Unlike many ice cream scoops that are ruined by putting in the dishwasher, my first stood up well after repeated cleanings in the dishwasher. It is well made, feels substantial but yet does not take up excess space in my utensil drawer.

Best ice cream scoop ever! My daughter used mine on a visit and was delighted, so I bought her one as well. I threw out all the old ones that had been cluttering up my drawers. The packaging is also a delightful surprise--very classy.

Best ice cream scoop ever! It's dishwasher safe and still works just as good as the first day after being in the dishwasher several times. The grip is fantastic and makes scooping so much easier. It's very sturdy and feels like it will last a long time. I love this scoop! If you're looking for a new ice cream scooper...stop looking and get this one.

We are ice cream lovers and this is one product every house should own. We have a new ice ream maker that attaches to our kitchen aid mixer and this scoop along with the Sumo container are great additions.
