Perfection, cuts through the toughest of Ben and Jerry's triple chocolate ice cream (and that is solid stuff). Washes in dishwasher time after time with absolutely no deterioration. Just heavy enough to give you a good balance. Only wish they made it in more colours, would love a second one in red!!
