This thing is Heavy Duty......but it cuts through the ice cream with ease. No more cheap scoops for me.

I would give it more stars if I could. Don't waste your money on those cheap products you find in most stores. Just get one of these and you should be set for life. Works great even on the hardest of ice creams I've tried (one that broke the aforementioned cheap variety).
