We have both the green and blue handled SUMO ice cream scoops. Love them! We have tried three other types of scoops, all of which either broke with time, did not scoop well, or did not hold up in the dishwasher. These scoops, however, are exactly as advertised. Scooping out ice cream is no longer a chore, and we don't have to remember to set the ice cream carton out a few minutes to thaw prior to serving.

A hefty well designed fully metal product. The weight of it confirms its not hollow and the actual scoop is designed to loosen ice cream well and yet not a large curved surface for it to stick. The handle grip, has a strong indestructible feel. This feels like a product to last a lifetime.

I bought this to match the rest of the party decorations and table settings for my daughter's birthday party. We loved this scoop so much, we got rid of our old one. The handle is sturdy and ergonomic, and the scoop easily slides through even ice cream that's frozen hard.
