Heavy, substantial scoop. Easy to use, easy to clean. I wish the bowl was a little deeper for a more uniform scoop size, but really like the heft of it. If you have any weakness of grip, it might be a little heavy, but it suits me since my last one was too light to dig into the frozen ice cream well.
