I have had many ice cream scoops over the years. This one is my favorite because it cuts into hard ice cream easily with it's pointed tip. The handle is comfortable with thick cushioning. This scoop has substantial weight to it, but not too heavy. I ordered the purple one. Nice colors to choose from too.
