Not worried about this beast breaking off in the bucket. Carves through frozen ice cream like its soft serve. Feels so good in your hand you’ll consider becoming soda jerk on the side just so you wont have to put it down. Then you’ll remember this isn’t the 1950’s. All in all a pretty good scoop

I like the sharp edge to get hard ice cream scooped...it works well, is quite heavy, but ergonomically balanced.
