My husband said this was the best gift he's ever gotten so there are give starts automatically! I was super impressed with the box it arrived in. It is very easy to use, comfortable, and I love that it can go in the dishwasher no problems. This is a very high quality item. We have gone through many ice cream scoops but this will definitely be the last!

Bought this scoop for a friend who broke his "cheap one with plastic handle." Has turned out to be the most appreciated "no special occasion" gift I've ever given! I've been thanked so many times I might buy another for myself (even though my doctor has threatened me with bodily damage if I don't behave and abstain from ice cream!)
October, '17 Follow-Up. Well, I've done it. I fell and broke my shoulder. So, have you ever tried to scoop ice cream with a spoon using your NON--dominant hand? It simply does not work. Sooooo... I did it, I bought a SUMO ice cream scoop (that I had previously bought as a gift for a friend) for MYSELF! All I can say is, WOW, it does indeed work (even in the "wrong" hand) to easily scoop out HARD FROZEN ice cream!

So far, we are loving this ice cream scoop! The handle is so soft and I t cuts into hard ice cream quite effortlessly. Worth the money and a great choice I'd say. Thanks for a quality product!
