I wish I had bought this scooper when I was a young man. It cuts through hard ice cream nicely and is easy on the wrist and arm. I love this thing! Incidentally, my dog loves licking the cold ice cream off the shiny stainless steel and then it goes right into the dishwasher.No, not the dog silly, the scooper goes into the dishwasher.My cat, on the other hand, loves the dishwasher and cats normally don't like water.The short cycle is a definite must though and Harvey comes out smelling like a rose.So there you have it.We love all you wonderful people.Ciao,Me

This is overall a great ice cream scoop! It's very sturdy and also gives you a big scoop of your favourite ice cream. The pointed tip helps with hard/frozen ice cream though you'll end up scooping out little lumps rather than have a smooth scoop. It's very easy to wash and keep, definitely a good buy :) It also came very nicely packaged in a box so thumbs up for product presentation too!

Great Quality! Purple Ergonomic Handle (feels really good in hand). Dishwasher Safe. slight rounded point on edge helps with hard ice cream. Quality Packaging-arrived in box surrounded by Foam (makes a Great Gift-presentation wise) Fantastic! Definitely would consider buying again! Keep the Purple Handle....distinct from other brands, Purple not just for Ravens fans.
