I recently received our ice cream scoop and it works beautifully. I can't vouch for it's longevity yet but I believe it may be the last scoop I purchase. My last one, a different brand, pitted and got ugly so I replaced it with this one.
One really nice surprise was the packaging. (You know how Apple raised the bar in the packaging department!) This scoop came in a classy box with a form-fitted velvet interior making it ideal to give as a gift! Yay!

The SUMO Ice Cream Scoop is made very well and is of the sturdiest quality. It is comfortable to hold in your hand and strong enough to scoop the coldest of ice cream and the ice cream falls off the scoop into your bowl easily. I love my SUMO ice cream scoop.
