Now, this is what I pictured an ice cream scoop should look and feel like! Heavy duty and did not immediately tarnish like aluminum ones tend to do. Easy to scoop up ice cream that resembles concrete and even easier to clean. Quality product---like a 'professional' soda-jerk would have used back in the '50's.
