It a lot to describe here that hasn’t already been said. This thing is legit. It is indeed stainless, and well designed. Works well to scoop hard ice cream. Replaced the collection of chrome plated scoops that are losing their finish, or the Hooke handles ones that leaked. This one should outlast me.

I finally wore out my trusty ice cream scoop and decided to look around for a new one. I decided to try the Sumo scoop and I’m really glad I did. It’s well made, comfortable in my hand, dishwasher safe, and best of all it’s strong and doesn’t bend in hard ice cream. The colors are great too. I ended up ordering 2 more in different colors so there’s always a clean one available.
