The first thing you will notice about this scoop is the weight. I have had just about every type of ice cream scoop imaginable and this one seems to be by far the best I have ever bought. The handle is very comfortable in your hand. The shape of the scoop is able to dig through the hardest ice cream with ease. It is dishwasher safe and feels like it will last a lifetime. My only regret is that I did not find this scoop sooner. In the long run it would have saved me so much money with purchasing other scoops.

Scoops so easily, no more having to soften the ice cream in the microwave for 15 seconds before scooping! I have arthritis and can actually use this scoop. Love it!

Outstanding product! Nice sharp ridge is sharp enough to get through hard ice cream and "bits" but not sharp enough to cut skin under normal use.
I was surprised someone put so much thought into the construction of something as simple as an ice cream scooper, and thankful!
