Pretty good. Most don't hold up even though I wash them by hand. The coating always peels. Jury out on this one, but so far so good.

As an ice cream connoisseur, this is by far the best scooper I have ever used. It slices right through the ice cream like a dream! The other plus is that the scoop is made from one piece of stainless steel. I bought this scooper to replace one that I had because the finish was chipping on it. With this scooper, there is no chance of the finish to chip because it is stainless steel! I would highly recommend this scooper to anybody considering to step up their ice cream game
