Holy cow, now THIS is an ice cream scoop. I very rarely use this thing as I'm not an ice cream fan, but my family loves the stuff, and after breaking our Oxo scoop, I ended up picking this one. It's so solid and hefty, my family named it the 'Whale Bopper'...no real idea why, but the name stuck.It hacks through the hardest ice cream better than any other scoop we've owned.
It was only last night, when I noticed a name brand scoop which looked sort of similar that I remembered to write a review. I picked up the just-as-expensive name brand scoop, and it was laughable how flimsy it felt compard to this one.
