I am so happy we bought this ice cream scoop. We like high quality kitchen tools, and this is sleek, functional, and heavy as desired. We bought this to replace a kitchen aid brand scoop that was getting pitted in its old age — with the “metal finish” starting to flake off. I don’t think this scoop is prone to that kind of aging. Yay!
