When we opened our package one of the lids had a considerable bow, so it wouldn't seal. Obviously, this defeated the purpose of the container. I emailed the company, and received a quick response. Not only did they refund us the price of one of the containers, they sent us a new set! All I asked for was a lid. The new containers came quickly - just in time for a party actually, and again the company checked to make sure everything went well. They were awesome to work with.
The container itself feels durable, haven't had it long enough to know. The shape doesn't matter that much to me, other than because it is narrow it fits into little pockets in the freezer. The ice cream has been in the container for a couple of days, and no ice has formed on it yet. It is dishwasher safe which is fantastic.

I really like the containers but two of the four didn’t seal very well. Judging from the other reviews this was a one-off though. Cherry from Sumo was amazing and set up replacements and even a refund! Awesome product and an awesome company!
