When I received this product, unfortunately one lid was slightly bent and did not seal properly. However, I reached out to the company who immediately responded and sent me a new unit that works great! I have had homemade ice cream in the containers now for a couple weeks and it still tastes as fresh as when we initially froze it - much better than previous containers I had been using. Highly recommend this product!

I got these as a gift for my sister that loves to make homemade ice cream and 2 out of the 4 came with a slightly warped lid. My sister contacted customer service and not only did they replace those 2 containers, but they refunded me the cost of the containers for her inconvenience. The product is excellent and truly keeps away freezer burn. It’s just the right size for the ice cream machine that my sister has. Would highly recommend.
