Nice heavy-duty scoop. The grip is comfortable making it easy to use. However, when removing scoop from dishwasher water had gotten in the handle and then leaked out. SUMO learned of my problem and sent me a replacement immediately. It is WONDERFUL. I appreciate good customer service .....Thank You!

This is a great heavy duty scoop. I used it to scoop old-fashioned homemade ice cream that had been frozen solid for an ice cream social. The sharper point and sides helped greatly to cut out those portions. Also it's solid and the rubberized handle made for a no-slip grip. I bought this scoop specifically to feed the masses with little wait time and it did not disappoint.
