You know this item is expensive and at 1st I thought why? I read other reviews and I trusted them. This just handles like a dream and I am wishing they made regular silverware too. The term you get what you pay for really applies to this siruation. Quality is just so nice I dont want to go back to not using or having this item. Game changer. Save your knuckles and cuts and dings to your hands.

This is the first time I’ve purchased a ice cream scoop that cuts smoothly. I don’t have to fight with it for leverage to scoop hard ice cream. Definitely worth the money. Extremely happy with my purchase.
