Skeptical at first about easiness of ice cream scoop even after I read some of the reviews. And not that they weren't true, I thought there's no way must not be "hard ice cream". Hubby used it to see if it was true!!!! YES it is works great & you can scoop hard ice cream. I will purchase for a friend as well. She can use it at family get together with ice cream, My one downer is it was made in China. Trying very hard to purchase USA products.

These Scoops are amazing. They literally cut right through the ice cream like I've ran it under hot water, but I just pulled it out of the drawer. My grown son liked it so much I got one for him on his birthday and now he is getting one for his aging in-laws for the holidays. I would highly recommend this scoop to anyone.
