The scoop is well made and very sturdy!!! I will be purchasing others just to use at family gathers where they can be used for serving dishes or multiple ice cream flavors.

What a wonderful ice cream scoop. It's heavy in all the right ways and a pleasure to use. The pointed tip helps with the more frozen bits, and when you drag it through your ice creams, you're rewarded with lovely mid-size (not tiny) balls of ice cream. By far the BEST scoop I've ever used. I highly recommend it.

The handle is a good size. It fits my hand well. It makes ice cream and sherbet easy to serve.
