“I bought it to put my ice cream in when i make homemade ice cream. it fits nice in the door of my freezer. I should have bought two though. I didn't realize i'd get so much ice cream out of such a little cream and milk. The only thing is that it is so well insulated that i have to keep the lid off for about an hour until it freezes well enough to cover or it does not get firm. I had to cover it with wrap until it freezes then put on the lid.“

Perfect for your ice cream

I got these with my Cuisinart ice cream maker and they have been awesome. Perfect size for by 3 cup machine. The lids don’t quite feel like I thought they would but new ice has formed on top of the ice cream. It also makes for a very nice cute being elongated.

Fail

Bought it open box from AZ warehouse, so I'm at least the 2nd to return it. Lids are not tight at all, one fits *almost* enought to call snug the other not so much. I suspect that's why they were returned from prior buyers. The throw away containers my deli meats are package with at the discount grocery store are superior, so that's what I think I'll use.

Works great

Great idea! It's the perfect size for a batch made in our Cuisinart ice cream maker, the ice cream freezes nicely with no ice crystals, the shape makes it very easy to scoop from, and then it goes in the dishwasher.
