“I bought it to put my ice cream in when i make homemade ice cream. it fits nice in the door of my freezer. I should have bought two though. I didn't realize i'd get so much ice cream out of such a little cream and milk. The only thing is that it is so well insulated that i have to keep the lid off for about an hour until it freezes well enough to cover or it does not get firm. I had to cover it with wrap until it freezes then put on the lid.“

Great storage

These are saving me a bundle in ice cream containers. I usually get the cardboard ones with covers and just throw them away after using. Since I'm making ice cream for several addicts, we go through a lot. We have tons of company and they always ask for ice cream so we usually serve it several times a week. These make the whole process easier. Instead of dealing with multiple containers, one will serve everyone and there might even be some left over. I haven't considered that they might work for other things because they are "busy" right now. The only advantage the cardboard cartons had is everyone could have their own container and write their name on it. Now we'll just have to invest in one color for every person that is "allowed" to get their own container. Works for me. The inside is smooth with no crevices to collect stuff and it's very sturdy and durable. It also stacks very nicely on our ice cream shelf. Thumbs up all the way.
