I'm really liking this SUMO Homemade Ice Cream Containers: Insulated Tub, because it has a large scooping area and also fits neatly in my freezer without taking up too much space. The inside of the container is attached to the outer portion with a layer of air in between, so that there is good insulation for your ice cream. There is an easy lift off top as well. The insulation in this product has been more useful than I expected, because it seem to keep my ice cream feeling creamier for longer, without it turning icy or freezer burnt. It's also easier to scoop ice cream because the tub itself is durable and thick and won't bend, in contrast to single use cardboard or thinner silicone tubs. If you make home ice cream, I suggest you try these tubs out. They are easy to clean, and your ice cream keeps well and looks more professional.

The double wall keeps the ice cream cold and helps it to harden slightly, especially if you like ice cream a little harder than soft serve as it comes out of the ice cream machine.
