1. The product is the perfect size for those recipes that make a "generous quart".
2. The double layer really does a good job at preventing the ice cream from getting frost bite.
3. The shape of the container is great for removing the ice cream with an ice cream scoop. Unlike normal pint containers, you don't need to use a spoon to get the very edges out, because there aren't any edges.

I had been looking for good containers for some time. I've used a few different types. These are really great. The size is ideal for freezer shelf management. Most importantly, the ice cream is still soft without crystallization after 7 days. 2 thumbs up!

The container is perfect to store small batches of ice cream. It's design is perfect for both upright and chest freezers. The lid snaps on and stays put!

I have a Cuisinart ice cream maker that does a great job. However, the week link has been the storage for freezing. This hits the mark, it is just the right size for my ice cream maker's batch. Perfect for scooping. It fills near the top with enough room to place some plastic wrap over. The top snaps snug. Ice cream freezes evenly without any burn. I think it is a must if you like making it your self and you do it often. I am pleased and plan to get a couple more.
