“I bought it to put my ice cream in when i make homemade ice cream. it fits nice in the door of my freezer. I should have bought two though. I didn't realize i'd get so much ice cream out of such a little cream and milk. The only thing is that it is so well insulated that i have to keep the lid off for about an hour until it freezes well enough to cover or it does not get firm. I had to cover it with wrap until it freezes then put on the lid.“

Great for storing ice cream!

I have had two of these containers for years and love them! I frequently make homemade ice cream & these do a great job keeping it from getting covered with frost.

So glad I bought this!

I make keto ice cream all the time, but the containers I was using frustrated me. Hard to get ice cream in round or square containers. This one gives me plenty of sweep to get scoop full of ice cream. Fits nice in freezer, and had a generous amount of room for more than 2 1/2 quarts.

You will be eating plastic

As in most icecream scoops are made out metal. So when you scoop with one the plastic is so soft that the metal scoop will be scraping the container. The lid does not fit great either.

I would not buy again and I don't think this is a great product for people who make their own ice cream and want to store it out of the machine. If the materials were better I think this would work.
