“I bought it to put my ice cream in when i make homemade ice cream. it fits nice in the door of my freezer. I should have bought two though. I didn't realize i'd get so much ice cream out of such a little cream and milk. The only thing is that it is so well insulated that i have to keep the lid off for about an hour until it freezes well enough to cover or it does not get firm. I had to cover it with wrap until it freezes then put on the lid.“

They will work fine. It's nice to store home made ice cream.

Doesn't keep the ice cream soft and scoopable

My homemade ice cream freezer so hard that you have to let it sit out and get melty or chisel it out with a butter knife. Totally un-scoopable. It's suggested on here that it's the recipe not the container, but my recipe has not changed and my old container kept it soft and scoop able, but doesn't fit in my freezer well.
It's a bummer! I was excited to have a nice stackable insulated container to keep multiple flavors in my freezer.

Great size

This tub is big enough to fit the ice cream from my machine unlike the others I saw on Amazon

This ice cream container is easy to fill and easy to empty. It is easy to clean and is sturdy.
