“I bought it to put my ice cream in when i make homemade ice cream. it fits nice in the door of my freezer. I should have bought two though. I didn't realize i'd get so much ice cream out of such a little cream and milk. The only thing is that it is so well insulated that i have to keep the lid off for about an hour until it freezes well enough to cover or it does not get firm. I had to cover it with wrap until it freezes then put on the lid.“

Unique shape for getting a good scoop of ice cream.

Very cool container with a unique shape for getting a good scoop of ice cream. Keeps my homemade ice cream in great condition. Had a batch of ice cream in this container for almost a month with no issues. Comes apart fairly easy for cleaning and can be stored in freezer door due to the shape. Would definitely recommend to others.

Keepin' things cool

I love the fact that 2 of these tubs fit into the top shelf in my freezer! Have yet to make any ice cream, but I know I have space for 3 gallons of frozen happiness! Fast shipping and a good price also factored into my reason for buying this fantastic item!

Works better than expected, fits great in the freezer!

I really like how easy it is to scoop the ice cream out of this tub. I was on the fence for a long time about whether to spend the money on it, and glad I finally did. It is keeping my ice cream very fresh, for several weeks now. I made a batch of ice cream, but it didn't turn out the way I wanted - but I had used a bunch of fresh peaches and didn't want to just throw it all out. So I plopped it in my two SUMO ice cream containers, and was first very pleased at how they fit nicely in the freezer, versus taking up awkward space (like round containers do) - and then, I began using a scoop of the peach ice cream stuff in smoothies after our long bike rides - and it's been about 3 months now, and the containers are working great at keeping the ice cream perfectly fresh and ice-free (since I only use a scoop at a time, it's taking awhile to finish off - so I need this storage!). Keeps ice cream fresh. Fits nicely in freezer. Easy to scoop. Easy to place lid back on for perfect fit and seal. My buyer anxiety has been assuaged. Yay for me.
