“I bought it to put my ice cream in when i make homemade ice cream. it fits nice in the door of my freezer. I should have bought two though. I didn't realize i'd get so much ice cream out of such a little cream and milk. The only thing is that it is so well insulated that i have to keep the lid off for about an hour until it freezes well enough to cover or it does not get firm. I had to cover it with wrap until it freezes then put on the lid.“

Handy ice cream containers in fun colors

My latest craze is home made ice cream. These containers are the perfect size for ice cream churned in a 1 1/2-quart ice cream maker. The ice cream keeps very well for up to a week - this is the longest any homemade ice cream has lasted in my house, not a limit on the container. After a week, my egg custard ice cream is colder, but not icier than at the beginning.
The shape is comfortable to hold, to scoop out ice cream, and to keep in the freezer.
I did not comment on the durability, as I have had the containers for only a couple of months.

Great product!

Great product easy to store in the freezer and easy to scoop ice cream out of. Going to buy a different size as well. For us to bring to friends/ family homes.

Excellent ice cream containers. I like the double layer and the lid fits perfectly. No issues.

Love it!

Really like the shape—it’s easy to fit in the freezer, and it’s easy to scoop out the ice cream (no corners); really like the sturdiness; it’s easy to clean. The size perfectly accommodates a whole batch of ice cream made in my Cuisanart ice cream maker. It’s handy and dandy!
