“I bought it to put my ice cream in when i make homemade ice cream. it fits nice in the door of my freezer. I should have bought two though. I didn't realize i'd get so much ice cream out of such a little cream and milk. The only thing is that it is so well insulated that i have to keep the lid off for about an hour until it freezes well enough to cover or it does not get firm. I had to cover it with wrap until it freezes then put on the lid.“

Best ice cream containers

We are making ice cream every week and these containers are the best. We love how easy it makes it to get a good scoop of ice cream! It also cleans so easily and stores great. The size of the containers is perfect for stacking and taking up minimal space.

It's perfect!!

I have a 1.5 qt Cuisinart ice cream maker and one full batch (resulting from ice cream using 2 cups cream, 1 cup milk, and 5 egg yolks) is a perfect fit in this container. It's easy to open, doesn't shatter, and it protects the ice cream from getting freezer-damaged. The last batch I made was perfectly creamy, it was heaven!! The narrow style is nice for saving freezer space, too.
