“I bought it to put my ice cream in when i make homemade ice cream. it fits nice in the door of my freezer. I should have bought two though. I didn't realize i'd get so much ice cream out of such a little cream and milk. The only thing is that it is so well insulated that i have to keep the lid off for about an hour until it freezes well enough to cover or it does not get firm. I had to cover it with wrap until it freezes then put on the lid.“

Over priced and poor performance

The lids don't always snap into place after cold. Obviously a problem considering these are for ice cream.

For our homemade gelato. Great size, closes tight but also easy to open.

Lots to like and and a few to not

I got these for ice cream storage and was intrigued by the horizontal design. These had good reviews so I thought I’d try them. There’s a lot to like about these containers: easy to clean, design fits perfectly in an upper freezer drawer, design makes it somewhat easier to scoop ice cream out. However, there are a few things I don’t care for: 3-piece design frequently comes apart, “insulation” is air gap between inner and outer shells, and the snap on lids pop off. Do these issues prevent my using them? Nope. I will use these a lot, however I won’t buy more of them.
