“I bought it to put my ice cream in when i make homemade ice cream. it fits nice in the door of my freezer. I should have bought two though. I didn't realize i'd get so much ice cream out of such a little cream and milk. The only thing is that it is so well insulated that i have to keep the lid off for about an hour until it freezes well enough to cover or it does not get firm. I had to cover it with wrap until it freezes then put on the lid.“

As Advertised

The rounder ends are a better design than the red or blue one here on Amazon. Lid seems to fit better too.

Great ice cream container

We just purchased an ice cream maker and had been putting it into cheap containers. There is a big improvement in the texture the ice cream gets when frozen in this versus just grabbing whatever container you have around. It is pretty large so if you have limited freezer space keep that in mind, but it works great. Ice cream only lasts a day in our house anyway so no problem for us!

Highly Recommended.

You'd certainly need these if you're making homemade ice cream. They're great to have to store several flavors and their long shape make it easy to create the perfect scoop.

Great ice cream container

We've used this for a few weeks, and it is the perfect solution for storing homemade ice cream. I do put a layer of plastic wrap over the top before closing to ensure freshness.
