My husband needs to limit his sugar consumption, but he likes ice cream. So, I make ice cream with Xylitol sugar substitute. The containers work great for the home made ice cream, but also work great for cut-up fruit. I make glucerna shakes with bananas, so I cut up bananas into small pieces and put them into one of the containers. When I don't have fresh bananas, the cut-up frozen ones work perfect. I bought a 4-pack of the containers and thought I'd lost my mind because that's too many, but I really have used them. They don't take up too much space in the freezer because they are thin/tall. I would recommend.

Nice addition to my kitchen wear. Easy to open, close, and seal. I thought I would have to chill the container before pouring the icecream mixture into it but this was not necessary. Since I did not serve the icecream until the next day I thought it would be hard
as a rock but it wasn’t. It was easy to scoop up and did not melt as it hit the serving bowl. I love it and will give them as gifts especially since the bowl looks more expensive than it is!
