So far these are holding up. They work really well for homemade ice cream and just about anything else you want to freeze. I love the fact that they are stackable. They store really well.

I like the materials, and it looks nice when you pull it out to serve guests. They advertise the long, narrow shape as being better for scooping, but it's a pretty negligible advantage. What they apparently didn't consider is the critical stage when you're trying to get your finished ice cream into the container and then freeze it as quickly as possible to avoid partial melting, which leads to ice crystals. The paddle from the ice cream maker is twice as wide as this container, so you can't set it inside while you scrape off all that ice cream that's stuck to it. You have to hold it over the container and accept that you're going to make a mess. You also have to scoop the ice cream out of the freezer bucket in relatively small scoops, because great big scoops won't fit in this container. The whole idea is to work quickly and efficiently, while touching the ice cream as little as possible. A round shape would work better.
