“I bought it to put my ice cream in when i make homemade ice cream. it fits nice in the door of my freezer. I should have bought two though. I didn't realize i'd get so much ice cream out of such a little cream and milk. The only thing is that it is so well insulated that i have to keep the lid off for about an hour until it freezes well enough to cover or it does not get firm. I had to cover it with wrap until it freezes then put on the lid.“

Perfect Scoop

These are such cute ice cream containers and well made. They are perfect for storing my homemade ice creams. I love the shape of them as it makes scooping ice cream a breeze, plus it makes them easy to stack saving precious room in my freezer. I am very happy with these containers and hope to see more shapes and sizes in the future.

works for ice cream!

bought this to store homemade ice cream and it works great. we use our kitchen aide attachment and it holds that same amount.

great for storing homemade ice cream

my ice cream is usually easily scoopable if I store it in the door. I've read that you have to leave home made ice cream on the counter to let it soften, but I haven't had that issue with these containers. I would buy more of these containers, but that means I'll just make more ice cream and gain more weight.

Much prefer this type over round containers - fit much better in the freezer !!
